ID Checks lists every ID scanned at the register, passed or failed, so you can show an ABC agent that your store cards.

Steps
Open ID Checks from the menu, or from Compliance → Compliance records.
The tiles at the top count the checks, how many passed, and how many failed.
Each row shows when the ID was scanned, Passed or Failed (with the reason), the state and last four digits, the date of birth on the ID and the age at the scan, the expiry date, and the cashier.
Click Filters to show only Passed or Failed checks, or pick From and To dates.
Search by the last four digits, the state, or the cashier's name.
When a check was used for a sale, click its receipt number to open that sale.
Under a scanned ID's result, small badges show the barcode format checks that ran: green passed, red failed (hover for why). Blocked means the store refuses an ID that fails; Flag only means it was noted and the sale went on. Locked out means that ID had failed too many checks recently.
Good to know
Failed checks also appear on Refused Sales, marked AUTO. ID Checks is the only place passed checks show.
The result, date of birth, age at the scan, expiry, state, and last four digits are shown. The customer's name, address, and full license number are never kept.
Export CSV downloads every check in your current filter and date range, including each format check's result. The inspection packet carries the same columns.

Every scan from the register lands here, newest first. Filter to Failed to review refusals, or pick dates to answer an inspector's question about a day.
