FoolProof isn't a register with add-ons bolted on. It's a single operating system for alcohol retail — checkout, inventory, compliance, delivery, your online store, and reporting all share one source of truth, so nothing has to be reconciled by hand.
Every piece is built for alcohol retail and talks to every other piece — no exports, no double entry.
Fast, reliable checkout — scan, tap favorites and bundles, take cash, card or split tenders, with sales tax and age rules built in.
Explore POS →A real ledger, not a running guess. Track on-hand, receive against purchase orders, and break cases down to singles.
Explore Inventory →Age checks, sale hours, delivery rules, and an activity log wired into checkout — so the right steps happen at the moment they matter.
Explore Compliance →Once you hold a Delivery Service License, deliver on your rules — driver tracking, ID verification at the door, and proof of delivery on every drop. The license is yours to obtain; FoolProof helps you keep to the rules that come with it.
Your own branded online store shows your live inventory; once online ordering is switched on for your store, customers can order for pickup or delivery.
Explore Storefront →See sales, inventory movement, and team performance in real time — with audit-ready exports whenever you need them.
Explore Reports →An assistant that knows your store, and receiving that fills itself in from electronic invoices.
Optional, and switched on per store. Questions are answered by a third-party AI model working from your store's records. Ask about your live sales and stock in plain English, and get flagged on stockouts, margin slips, and dead stock. It proposes; you confirm.
Explore the Assistant →Electronic (EDI) invoices from your distributor become an order ready to receive against — matched to your catalog. Scan to confirm, stop hand-keying.
Explore Distributor Feeds →When your register, your stockroom, and your online store are the same system, a single sale updates stock everywhere at once, compliance is checked at the moment it matters, and your numbers reconcile themselves. No exports, no double entry, no wondering which screen is right.
Book 20 minutes and we'll run your own catalog through checkout, inventory, and your online storefront — one system, end to end.
