Reports and insights
Your catalog and register data are only as useful as what you can see in them. Reports turns every sale, receipt, and shift into numbers you can act on — and export when you need to.
1. What's covered out of the box
| Report | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Sales summaries | Revenue, transaction count, and averages over a date range. |
| Top products | What's actually selling, ranked by revenue or units. |
| Inventory movement / velocity | How fast stock is moving, so you can see what to reorder before you run out. |
| Team performance | Sales and shift activity broken down by cashier. |
2. The Reports Explorer
When a built-in report doesn't quite match the question you're asking, the Reports Explorer lets you build your own view — pick the dimensions and filters you care about, then save it so it's one click to pull up again next week instead of rebuilding it from scratch.
3. Exporting for an audit
Any report can be exported to CSV — useful for handing numbers to your accountant, or backing up a compliance question with the underlying data.
4. Your store's own time zone
Every report windows its dates to your store's own time zone, not a server default — so "today" and "this week" line up with the clock on your wall, not somewhere else.
